14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be:
  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with all accessories
  • Free from damage not caused by shipping
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to refusal.

How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will send:

  • Instructions for packaging and sending your item

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with in 24 Hours with photos and videos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Personal care and beauty devices that have been opened or used

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please first complete a return request.
Once the return is approved and the original product is sent back, we process Exchange .

Orders Shipped to the European Union

For customers within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer protection laws.
This right allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must still meet the standard eligibility criteria.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund
